SC Energy Rating Services was founded in 2007 to provide a specialist service to clients in the domestic and commercial sectors. It is our aim to assist clients in addressing the challenges presented by increasing prices in fossil fuels and growing environmental awareness through identifying energy overspend, leakages and inefficiencies. The target is to improve energy efficiency, reduce environmental impacts and save money!
In order to ensure and maintain premium levels of customer service we are fully trained in Infrared Thermography, Air Tightness Testing and Building Energy Ratings (BER’s). We use the latest in cutting edge technologies to assess the energy demand of buildings, highlight any defects and report on remedial action that should be taken. In keeping up to date with the ever changing market of renewable technologies our clients are be confident in the fact that, they are getting expert energy management advice.
SC Energy Rating Services provide consultancy for both domestic buildings and large buildings at any stage of the project, to assist the design team, building contractors / developers and the eventual occupants. This design advice is best incorporated at an early stage to add maximum value, but can be tailored to simply advise on minimum requirements to achieve successful tests. We also provide a range of various packages to meet our clients needs. From basic BER’s to full packages which include BER’s, Air Pressure Testing and Green Home Improvement Reports.
